Returns Policy

we understand that sometimes customers may change their minds about a purchase or need to return an item for other reasons. That's why we have created a 14-day return policy for items that have not been used or opened in any way. We want to make sure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and have peace of mind when shopping with us.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving their item. Our team will provide a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was received in a defective or damaged condition.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with all original accessories and paperwork included. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the item is not returned in its original condition.


Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the payment method is no longer valid, the customer will be issued a store credit.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If the original order included free shipping, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.


We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers who wish to exchange an item must return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


Certain items are not eligible for returns, including personalized or custom items, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale. If an item is received in a defective or damaged condition, customers must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
